By accessing or using WeavixAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including Publishers (tool creators) and Consumers (tool users).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and recovery phrase. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. WeavixAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Publishers may create, publish, and distribute automation tools through the Platform marketplace. By publishing a tool, you grant WeavixAI a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display your tool on the Platform. You retain ownership of your intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring your tools do not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain malicious code. WeavixAI reserves the right to remove tools that violate these terms or our content policies.
Consumers may browse, install, and use tools from the marketplace. Free tools are provided as-is. Paid tools are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell tools obtained through the Platform.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to plan and execute workflows. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before acting on them. WeavixAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) is subject to the respective provider's terms and pricing.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Credentials you provide (API keys, passwords) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored in our credential vault. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
You may not use the Platform to: send spam or unsolicited communications; distribute malware or malicious code; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data; use the Platform to harm, harass, or abuse others; create tools that facilitate illegal activities.
WeavixAI aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeavixAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to WeavixAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
